Hi Guys,
I know i've slown down a lot with my posts. I really don't plan to speed up much more. I've still been "adjusting" to College and I've got finals coming up this week. I'll be finished on Thursday. However, I'm not sure if I'll be home on Thursday or Friday. Over my break, depending on how busy I am, you may see an increased number of posts. Don't let that fool you because When I start school again I'll be back to the 1 or 2 posts per month!
OH YEAH...I finally got a new phone(BlackBerry Storm [Thanks mom!]). My number is still the same. However, I have NO NUMBERS! So if you text me and I ask who you are please don't be upset!

I'm BACK!
I know you guys think I've given up on blogging. Well I haven't, I've just been waaay too busy. I sent out an email to most of you a few minutes ago. If, for some odd reason, you didn't get it here it is!

Hi Guys,
I'm very proud to announce that on Friday, November 7, 2008 @ 7:00pm, I will be graduating from Albany Technical College with a certificate in Patient Care Assisting. The ceremony will be held at Albany State's Hyper Gymnasium. Immediately following the ceremony I will receive friends @ the home of Mr. & Mrs. Willie D. Winns since this is also the night of their annual fish fry.
I have completed the program @ Albany Tech. However, I am not yet certified. I will take the certification test on the first Saturday in December. Wish me luck!
FYI: No. I am not a nursing major here @ GSW. As of now my major is Digital Media and I am also in the Web Page Design Program. I did this program @ Albany Tech so that I could work as a Nurse's Assistant @ Sumter Regional Hospital while I'm in school.
Love ya,
Brandon M. Winns

My cell phone isn't working at the moment so if you call please leave me a message WITH your phone number. I can't remember my room phone number right now but if you have it you can call my room.(For those of you who do not have it, I do plan to put it on my voicemail as soon as I can) If I'm not there, I check the caller id daily so I will return your call.

Moving In!
When I created this blog, I just thought it would be something for me to do for this summer only. That thought was based upon the thought that no one would really pay attention to it. However, I've been getting call and emails asking me when I'm going to post something new. Well here it is!!! I know it's definitely not what you expected, but I've been really busy. Moving in a dorm and getting adjusted can be very tiring. Don't worry, you already know I've been taking pictures of everything. However, my laptop is ill at the moment so I have no way to post them. Hopefully they'll be included in my next post. I really want to thank Mrs. Marva White for beating me to my dorm room on Sunday, buying me lots of appliances, and helping me move in! Also, I would like to thank Auntie Dee Dee and Ms. Pam for driving from Atlanta to help out. Last but certainly not least, I would like to thank Aunt Trenia, my mom, Ms. Margaret, and Auntie Pat for driving me to Americus and helping me get settled.
This was posted especially for my biggest fans: Mrs. Shaw(Thanks for the TV!), Ms. Cross, and Ms. T. Buie! I truly believe that checking my blog every single day has become a part of their job descriptions!
Also, I'm sooooooo so so so sorry for forgetting to mention another one of my biggest fans Crystal Shaw who checks my blog weekly!
I love you all.

Go Terence
I've been meaning to post this video for quite some time now. However, the video needed editing and I had some other problems with it. Anyway, watch Terence and the rest of the band get down. In the meantime, Go Wildcats!
Nate Jacobs
Nate Jacobs is the son of the late Vetta Webb Jacobs, grandson to Ceola Winns Webb and great grand to Amos Wimes Sr. Nate is my father's first cousin. This is his music video "Keep Marching" featuring Beau Dilly.

Damian Wilson
Damian Wilson was tragically killed in an accident on Sunday, June 22, 2008. Damian was a role model for all of the young men in the Trio Programs at Andrew College. He was a very successful young man. He always encouraged us to do our best. At some point, we've all said that we want to be "just like Damian". Damian will truly be missed.

I would like to thank my mother for purchasing and preparing all the food that ou guys enjoyed at the fish fry and the cookout. There were others such as Uncle Billy, Aunt Faye, Uncle Tyrus, Grandma Kaye, and Auntie Pat who helped cook. I would like to thank you guys also. Special thanks also goes out to Mrs. Bettye Ann Henderson for those delicious cakes. Thanks to the Foster and Ceasar families for allowing us to use your grills. I would also like to thank everyone for all the gifts that I received. If you haven't received a personal thank you card yet, you should look forward to receiving one within the next few days. My First BIG Job
This was my very first big project. Chris & Ranada only had a reception but I was really glad to be their photographer. Chris' mom, Christine Cross, is my mom's supervisor. She called me one day & said that her son was getting married & he needed a photographer. The first thing that came to my mind was NO, Absolutely NOT. I didn't know a thing about wedding photography! When she told me that they were only having a reception, I gave it some thought. I know how special a day like that can be & I really didn't want to mess it up. After I finished, they were satisfied & so was I. I even got met my prom date(Chris' sister Candis) that night.

Go Veolia Go
My cousin, Rod, emailed this story to me. I wanted to share it with everyone because it is really amazing. I thought it might also be an encouragement to those of you who are trying to lead healthier lifestyles. I was speechless when I saw this. It's mind-blowing!
Pam Monroe is also an encouraging factor in this area. I'm not exactly sure how much weight she's lost, but I am sure of this....my cuz looks GOOD!
I love you Pam. You gotta get me some pictures so I can let everyone see you!

Uncle Andy!!!
Ok I finally figured out how to do this! I sent out an email with a link to the video on myspacetv.com. However, I set the video to private so that only my friends could view it. I should've known better because I knew most of you guys didn't have a myspace. Anyway, here's the video & I hope you guys enjoy it. Please leave comments!

I'm editing some videos now so you guys can look forward to seeing them very soon!(I'll upload two by the end of the day!)
